Your problem isn't the problem. Your reaction is the problem.

Do you have access to new upper pivot shafts?
All I have been able to find are complete arms.

We reuse the factory ones unless it's unserviceable then we canibalize shafts from other sets.
I've yet to see one we could not reuse due to wear. Yours must have been ran without bushings for to long?

They got dry/rusty and scored up before I got to them. Not real bad and no play or anything but I would like to replace them at some point. I had to reuse them due to time. Any chance you have a set to sell for '01 2WD Dakota Sport?

Sorry , no extras right now All the ones we have are part of a set of arms so I can't break them up.

My sources are currently out, but by the time the weather warms up I could certainly get a case.

    Default metal sleeves

Did you replace the metal sleeves around the rubber bushings?

I'm guessing you mean the upper A-arms bushing sleeves , no we carefully remove them have them blasted and powder coated then reinstall with the new Energy Suspension bushings.
