Default Bored 6.1 Hemi Throttle Body

This is a BBK 80mm throttle body for a 6.1 Hemi that I bored out to 84mm for a guy swapping the engine into his '05 Dakota. As you can see, it is a cable operated throttle body instead of the typical DBW (drive by wire) unit.

84 all the way through? Was the shaft already flat?
The Dakota RT is gone... but not forgotten.

Yes it's 84mm all the way through, with a wider taper at the top. And yes, BBK machines their throttle shafts for increased air flow, instead of just leaving it round, so I didn't have to do that myself.

The throttle plate is thicker due to the diameter of the bore. I machined the proper angle and elliptical shape for the throttle plate also.

If by stock you mean the DBW (drive by wire) I'm not doing those at the moment.
