Default HID light doesnt work but high beam works

Hello, so I got done installing a new fender and noticed that my headlight doesn't work. The parking lamp and turn signal works. Even the high beam works. Its hid and there are two different filaments. The hid doesn't look broken. The other side works fine. Any clue on what could be wrong? Or do I just but a new hid set? Thanks

Swap that bulb over to the other side to see if ballast may be bad. I need to do this myself, one of mine went out but I don't have hi/low, low only. Last time I was in auto zone, I seen they sell HID bulbs now. Maybe check there to see if they can hook you up if need be.

Ok. Yeah I remember now that a couple times the headlight would not wrk. But if you hit the high beams on then off it wuld work. I don't even know wy they are called high beams because when turned on they look like normal headlights with that yellow tint. They were already on the truck when I bought it

Mine were also already on the truck. I went and replaced them with sylvania silverstars. Nowhere near as bright but they work good and give me back the ability to flash my lights. Nothin like muscle memory to make you kill all your damn lights.

First of all the HID bulbs you have suck. Those high/lo hids are crap.

Go with the BI-xenon bulbs they are both high and low HID and only one bulb. I used them in all my trucks.

Did you make sure to adjust the pin outs on the relay harness to match the high, lo, and ground wire to the factory harness?

If you did then, i would check all the grounds, the ground on these units suck. I upgraded the whole system to a 10g setup instead of the 16 it comes with. I have a write up on here somewhere.

I have bought about 5-6 sets from this place and never had a problem with them.

Go with BiXenon 55w (whatever color you want) for the headlights.

and for foglights DO NOT! Use 55w. They will melt the housing. Go with 35w they work perfect.

I used 6000k in all my trucks. This is what it looks like...

You will use 9007 (its lower on the list after 1, and 2)

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the kit comes with a relay harness. Mine did, I have an extra one here at my house, cuz I bought an extra one and the kit came with one.
