    Why take the tranny out, you need it in to measure for the drive shaft. Measure from face of the rear end to the tip of the drive shaft and subtract 3/4 to 1"

    I had to take the transmission out because there was a problem with the converter. I took it all back apart and forgot to measure for the driveshaft. I was in a rush trying to find the problem.

    I got dynamic trans in newark to build me a nasty 727 with 4500k stall all for $1700 bucks.down the road to rebuild it cost only $500 bucks...
