I talked to the trans guy this morning, he hasn't had time to put the pressure gauge and scan tool on it yet and run it. We talked about a few things. He is confident that he will find the problem...

Mine is still in there, I'll talk to the trans guy today about removing it. I would think he would see pressure problems when he puts the gauges on it.

In drive it shifts too early (with both valve bodies). Light throttle 1-2 at ~1300 rpms, 2-3 ~2000 rpms. Full throttle 1-2 ~4500 rpms and 2-3 ~3500 rpms. Manual shift 1-2 ~5600rpm, in 2nd around...

I'm not going to be much help, but it sound like a loose connection (or a recessed pin in a connector) or a broken wire ,just hanging on. I would think an ECU is either good or bad.

Is your key black or grey? There are PCMs that have security (SKIM keys) and PCMs that don't. It sounds like you mixed up your PCMs. Supposedly the SKIM code/security didn't start until 2001. What...
