Mine is still in there, I'll talk to the trans guy today about removing it. I would think he would see pressure problems when he puts the gauges on it.

I can't, it's at the trans shop, but I saw that post and looked up pictures to verify mine was installed correctly and it was.
In drive it shifts too early (with both valve bodies). Light throttle 1-2 at ~1300 rpms, 2-3 ~2000 rpms. Full throttle 1-2 ~4500 rpms and 2-3 ~3500 rpms. Manual shift 1-2 ~5600rpm, in 2nd around...

I'm not going to be much help, but it sound like a loose connection (or a recessed pin in a connector) or a broken wire ,just hanging on. I would think an ECU is either good or bad.
