It is blowing correctly just not cold.
Yes the compressor is running. I unplugged the vacuum hose and no air blew out of the dash. Im going to try and recharge it and see if it helps. Maybe it will be that easy.
No. It stays slightly cool at all times but never gets real cold.
That's what I first thought but I checked and it is connected to vacuum.
I know it has to be due to a vacuum issue but ever since I installed my Kenne Bell I've had no cold AC. Every once in a while if I run it up to boost then let off I can hear the actuator door open...
OK thanks for the help. Might just bolt it on and see how it goes. :jester: 2 13/16 is what was written on the inside of the pulley, could be wrong though.
Should be a 2lbs increase then. Should I expect a blown head gasket or other problems if I run the 8psi pulley? I am currently running the stock head gaskets.
Best I can do is measure with a tape measure. It is just over 3" maybe 3 1/16th". The crank pulley is stock (whatever comes on a '98 R/T). Thanks for the help.
My KB kit came with a 2 13/16 pulley. Does anyone know what psi this would be if installed? I have to stock pulley on the blower now and I'm getting about 6psi.

Thanks. I figure so but wanted to make sure.
What do I need to do about the size difference in the top of the pump? The cutout in the inner sleeve is too small for the new pump to fit like the old one did. Do I need to cut/mold out the sleeve...
Flame Red with Black 22" Viper wheels. I think there is pics under my profile.
Sorry... Link fixed.
I went ahead and posted it on ebay just to see what it would go for. If no one else wants it then it is yours.
I know few people use them but I figured somone would need a new Optimizer. Dont know how much the thing is worth. Could be more valuable as a paper weight, I dont know. But it is brand new with all...
Here is how mine turned out. Just make sure you go slow and splray even and you wont have a problem. About 4-5 coats per wheel will be good. Takes about 1 can per wheel. The more layers you apply the...
Good. I just tried the stock MAP on the stock tune and it went retarded.
OK... the only thing I can think of is My coil neg wire was connected (not anymore I ripped it out) to an alarm system with...
Stock MAP is cut... Why would it need connected? Are you asking if the stock MAP runs the truck when connected? NO I just tried that.
That is the way I have it. Like I said, it ran great for a while. I let it idle and heat up. the AF was good, turned it off, connected the tach wire and started it up to go get a data log then...same...
OK I put the new 2 Bar MAP on and it ran great. AF was dead on. I connected my MTX-D (Boost/RPM Gauge) to the Neg of the coil and the damn MAP went bad again. Why would connecting this to the Neg of...
