What is your thinking for removing the spindles prior to powder coat?
The OE wheel is 9" wide. If the wheel you are looking at is narrower than 9", the +20 could work.
Do you have the proposed wheel width?
This: https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/ is a good tool for...
Good to know, thanks!
A plus 20 would sit outboard 5mm more than the OE wheel, seems like it could work.
I don't know for sure what the OE R/T wheel offset is. I did come across this, I don't know the accuracy of the info;...

You may get heat transfer to the bed or anything that may end up above the shielded area.
Have you had an opportunity to take a look into the intake?
Could go the low buck route and just replace the gasket...
You bet!
Hopefully that is your issue. As I mentioned it is a very common occurrence.
Oil changes and type have nothing to do with it. The intake is aluminum and the plate is light gauge steel, it is often mentioned of differing expansion contraction rates.
Yes, it is very common....
If you are still on the original OE (kegger) intake manifold, I would start with a check for oil in the bottom of the manifold.
Don't forget new core plugs.

I downloaded it about 6 months ago when I bought a MT2500 off of facebook. I haven't went through it yet.
The mod to the TPS was to correct an off idle stumble some trucks had. The story goes, the voltage reading across the terminals of the TPS could vary by sensor. Removing the metal bushing in each of...

Nice! Always fun to acquire new toys.
I would confirm replacement parts availability for it.
Nice looking project!
A dual 4 version of the Dodge 6 pack would look good.
^^^ That is what I was suggesting, not as clear though...^^^
Would adding a 1/4" between the throttle body and the intake get it to the 1" required?
Looks like rust on the end of the broken piece that is still in place.
Is that actually a repaired oil pan?
I once had a performance engine that I had to run in a car through the winter; I installed a Moroso 120v heating pad that attached to the bottom of the oil pan...
That really sucks!
You could contact the State Attorney Generals office in your state, see if someone in the consumer protection division will make a phone call for you.
