The black-out decal between the windows on my driver side door pillar is cooched. Anybody here replace one? Any advice? I may just get lazy and have a shop do it.

Mine's still in good shape, but if it ever does go bad, I think I'd have it painted black, instead of replacing it with another decal. The decal shows light scratches and finger prints much more than paint. Just my .02 cents.

I have replaced mine Nolan! Very easy process, just make sure you get all the sticky stuff off the truck before you put the new one on cause it is visible under the new sticker. All I did was measure the new decal to be the same size, cut it, remove the old one, clean well, and reapply the new one.

Shouldn't be that hard. As mentioned above, be sure that it is VERY clean before putting on the new one. Make sure it's where you want it when you lay it down. If you have to pull it back it will stretch and be ruined.
If you're going to pay someone, I'd just have it painted as well.

Thanks! I took a quick look at it. There is a door seal that glues over the backside of the decal where it wraps around the door and the outside window trim goes over the front edge of the decal. So it doesn't look too tough.
Are these decals the type that can be floated on a film of soap & water to get them aligned or just peel and stick?
I've got the decals, but of course they have zip, zero, nada in the way of instructions or information.

They do not float in soap and water. They are peel and stick which is why I mentioned making sure everything is correct and clean. It really is easy, just have to make sure you can focus. Good luck!

No, it depends on the adhesive used on the back.
