Hey man looks sharp! Very clean looking! That has to be more than two inches. looks low to me. Was it a spring setup up front and blocks out back or shackles in back? Back is atleast 4 to get it level.
I like the wheels! Painted or powder coated? Btw stock bottom of fender to ground is like 31 inches front and rear 33 or so i believe. I can measure if you want to check your drop.

Powdercoated w/ heavy coats of spray paint for the center caps. That would be awesome if you could measure. Im pretty sure its block in the back.

My truck stock hight and tires inflated to max pressure:
Front:31 inches even Ground to bottom of flare
Rear: 33 1/8 or so.

Rear: 30.5 inches

Powder coating the rims was a good investment. lol

And they are 255/65 because the PO had that size. I got the same size b/c i didnt know the stock size was 255/55 at the time

Mirrors are stock. I dont know who makes the headlights but you can find them on most online stores that sell lights for dakota's
