If your truck has been well maintained, the engine is probably still perfect inside and should hold up fine.

Maybe a little high on the turbo price. But you only have to fill the turbo one time. Most people have to fill the bottle alot more then that.

ATTENTION: nitrous oxide doesn't explode motors, improper use and installs blows motors,i should know, took me 3 longblocks in my T/A to realize i was hitting the spray already in a lean condition.

I'm not a fan of nitrous but it is cheap horsepower.
K&N FIPK or extreme, 52mm F&B, M1 intake, 1.7 H.S. non adjustable rr, mid's or LT headers and a SCT tunner. That should wake it up big time. Probably about the same result of power as the hundred shot by itself.

This guy definetly has the know how to get your truck where you want it to be, the trick is getting him to stop being an A hole first. :D

I went with NxExpress Kit for around $1100 with all the bell's and whistles. That was fun went 12's (see sig) but @ $40-$50 per fill up and only 4-5 "Good" hits on a full bottle it got old.

Now a Turbo from STS cost me $1800 base Uni-kit, all material so far is around $2500 total if you are building it yourself you save big.Buying a Dakota kit is going to cost closer to $5000. I would peace one together and you could save even more that's what I've learned doing mine.

No, the nozzle will be too close then. The instructions recommend it being installed in a tube, about 8" from the t/b.

I spray a straight up 150 shot right out of the hole on my 408. On my stock 360, I used to spray a 100 shot and wait till it was rolling. That was more because of limited traction at the time though If I'da had slicks, I woulda sprayed the 100 out of the hole.

I'm beginning to thnk it's you guys that need the depends...

I took my truck from runninng low 15's to a best of 12.71. Only thing that surprised me was the time slip.

What's a 100 shot gonna do...knock off 1 second. Woo hoo.

That's just the difference between good air and bad air.

As in....DA

If you still have the old style "beer barrel" intake, I'd keep hitting it on the roll. If you're M1, I'd go ahead and hit it out of the hole.
Idle up the first couple times you try it, because that'll back the timing down a little and make the hit a little safer.
