You'll need a snap on scanner or a DRB to read them.

I have access to a snap on scanner, my trans guy has one, but he wouldn't know how to find the adaptives, and my PCM hasn't had enough miles to learn anything yet, It got reset again and the difference between not reset for 3 or 4 months and just reset is unbelievable, about 4mpg worse, read 11mpg vs 15 or so. also the truck just runs better as the miles add up.
Thanks,
If anybody has more info on this subject Im all ears. Lol

The menu's are very easy to navigate. It should clearly say "adaptives".

Yes. With the Snap On MT 2500 scanner there will be a R ST (right bank short term), L ST (left bank short term), R LT (right bank long term), and L LT (left bank long term) designation preceding the word ADAPTIVE
