I have a company that makes decal sets for the Dakota/Durangos that is interested in becoming a DRTC sponsor. website is www.reflectiveconcepts.com They have full sets for most models and years. They just don't have them listed on their website yet. This is the same company that made the decals I had on my old '99 R/T, and I just put a set on my '00.

Well, just got a reply back from them. Dodge corporate has pulled the plug on their decal advertising for the Dodge products. They will still make them on a order by order basis, but they can't advertise them on the website. They are sending me some overlays for the V8 Magnum badge on the front fenders so i can take pics for them. Should be different. Not sure if they'd still be willing to sponsor the DRTC meet or not. Maybe we can work something out with them since we do have the rights to print the Dakota R/T name. Maybe see about some custom reflective DRTC decals or something along those lines. Not sure if they will do multi-color stickers/decals like that or not.

We'll have to look into what they could actually do for us.

Truck looks good. I thought you were going to do an orange stripe seperating the blue and white?

It was supposed to be a sublime green stripe, but that was also going to happen with a complete repaint of the whole truck. The only reason I was able to get the cab painted was because some asshole backed into my truck damaging the rear passenger side of the cab. With the insurance money I got fro the original "official" quote, I was able to find a shop that fixed the damage, and painted the top of the cab blue and I only came out of pocket $150. The hood and tonneau still need repainted, and eventually I want to get the stripe put on.

Yeah, I remember reading about your accident. Anyone ever own up to it?

Hey, at least you will be a step ahead when you have the hood and tonneau painted, no need to shell out for the cab. I like it though, now put the R/T wheels back on it! :jester: Still expecting snow?

Yep, snow in the forcast for this weekend. Still not out of winter yet, otherwise the R/T wheels would be back on.

And nobody ever owned up to the accident. We know what vehicle hit my truck, but don't know the driver, and the owners won't do anything to find out.

That's bullshit. I have a word for those people, but it's banned on here! :jester: I hope your insurance didn't go up.

Nope, just got a call from the insurance company today, and it's actually going down with the new policy renewal next month. :rockwoot:
