Glad I could help out Todd:biggthumpup:
I saw a pic of the airhat you got. That's a nice lookin piece. Now I'm thinkin bout one for myself.;)

TTi should be coming on soon as a supported vendor here. And they have promised a nice freebie for a NAT meet giveaway prize. Something you boosted guys would love having on your truck.

Here's a link to their website. Check it out> www.turbotechnologyinc.com

I have been to the site and talked to Nick today a little bit....

He will be getting all my business for the airhats and any other boost related parts he has to offer that I will need with my kit....

With shipping and handling the price was 4 bux more than summit so realistically I would rather spend the 4 bux to support a 'local' vendor!

Thanks again and tell Nick to hop on here - I pumped him up a few notches already :-)

It was $5395 in 2004 when I got it.
I think it's $5795 now. That includes a complete A/W intercooler system.

It was designed for T04E 62-1 turbo (62mm)
But with a few changes, you can install a T-76 (76mm)

i was looking on doing a gt42r which i believe is bigger than a t-76

The 42R is bigger overall then the Turbonetics T76. The Turbonetics turbocharger comes with a one year warranty though which I think is a lot more dependable. I've sent turbochargers back to Garrett for "warranty" claim and I have yet to ever get one warrantied. :burnout:

I don't believe they have one made up for the 4.7...
But they certainly COULD do one for us.
If someone dropped their truck off to them,, they really need to do this hands on at the shop to make sure everything fits right in the engine bay.

Does anyone have one of the TTi kits? I notice it's a single turbo setup, what happens with the other bank? Clue me in!

The drivers side is plumbed into the passenger side somewhere to meet up with the turbo. How they do it is unknown to me though.:jester:
