Spring Cecil???

Hey fellas,

I know that many didn't go to the fall cecil event. But the first weekend test and tune is Saturday March 7th. I know that is a couple of months away, but I was trying to see if anyone would be interested in trying to get some people down there to stretch the legs of our trucks and see how the mods over the winter time add up!! :rockwoot:

Haha I am 100% going to be there this time!! Got the truck back from Chris right before the track closed... She feels pretty good man!! I can't wait to see if I can get into the 12s with this thing... I would be happy with a 12.99

Yea I am really hoping so.. Make sure to shit and piss before I go. If it doesn't I am going to get some spray :) haha But I was thinking about ordering some bogarts this week, but my car just got broken into last night... I don't want something to happen to the truck i.e. getting 2000 grand worth of wheels taken.. haha. Gotta love it man...

Glad to see and hear that your black truck is running good! Look awesome man, I can't wait to see it run down Cecil next year.

I just graduated from PSU with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, I start a design engineer position at MOOG components group in Springfield, PA on Jan 25th. I've interned with them twice before, and I'm excited to go back and make big boy money. The fact that I have full access to their machine shop is a nice perk too.

If any of you faster guys show up I call ballast run, could always use more motivation for mine.

Mine checked out cool, they're getting a 5 angle and some porting now. Looks like I might have some gen II castings or something. The intake ports appear to be much bigger and smoother than the old castings were. I originally wanted the guy to do just a port match and clean-up with heads & the M1. But, the ports on the heads are already as big as the holes in the gaskets ! So I'm going to have a bit of runner and bowl work done instead. Nothing crazy though. I'm not going for max CFMs or anything like that. Oh, and the old heads were only 1.97s, these new ones are legit 2.02s
