It seems simple enough, but can I swap back and forth between an SCT tuned PCM and a different MP PCM? Will anything happen to the tune in the SCT unit?
My SCT tune is really jacked up with the 4 bbl t/b and I was just curious to see if the MP would be better, or worse, than what I have right now (LEAN+++). I'm tempted to even try a bone stock PCM, just for the Hell of it.

Alan, yall know more about this stuff than I do, but from my understanding, once the computer is flash with a tune, its locked in until something overrides it. That being said, you should be able to pull the SCT one out and put in a MP one, or vice versa, with no trouble at all minus the time. I do know PCM from year models won't xfer to another once flashed lol. But, you shouldn't have any problems. Thats like removing your MP unit for stock then going back.

The sct tune on the computer should act no differently being removed from the trcuk than if the battery was diconnected. I say swap away. If anything don't remove the tune and re-do it later, that's more flash cycles and more chance for problems.

Get your SCT tune tweaked. It's only an email away and takes about 1 min to load in.
