I went to the Dyno yesterday. I have regular Mopar performance PCM. In third gear it would only rev to 6000 rpm then cut off. Since my MSD is getting worked on I was using stock ignition with MSD coil. I thought the performance PCM eliminated the the rev and speed limiter.

no it just bumps the rev limiter from 5500 to 6k, doesnt eliminate it

Nope, that's all you get with an MP PCM.
How is your motor built that it will pull above 6,000, even if it was able to go that high?

setting up for another shot at SC. Got the R/T heads and M1 from Josh and a cam comes in about 2800 RPM and tops right about 5900 RPM. Got around 32? something RWHP. I was just trying to get the shift point since I can't let the R/T shift itself anymore.

Seems like you would benefit from an SCT, or a similar tuner. You can set the rpm limiter higher and you can control the shift points. My 408 SCT tuned R/T shifts right at 6,000 by itself.
