Hah. You too with the PX8 disease huh? You can look at my TKO truck to see how shitty your's will be eventually. I got a new to me R/T as well. It's just a little bit cleaner than my other truck.

Yea, I'll eventually get things repainted. No rush as of yet thou. I did end up sanding and primering the hood just because of how bad it looked (two huge spots where is was flaking). Might end up doing a Cuda theme with the grill and hood flat black and strobe decals down the side.

Stupid paint! lol

The NE folks are known as Hoolies, aka Hooligans:

hoo·li·gan /ˈhulɪgən/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[hoo-li-guhn] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun
1. a ruffian or hoodlum.
–adjective
2. of or like hooligans.

Come to the Nats and you'll see why, especially if we can drag Chas and Nick out there

Yeah I hope so too. As for Nick:jerkit: I don't know where to start the Cam timing or ignition issue? the trans? It is a mess Valve timing maybe? I would need it for a long time to fix all the problems with lack of power issue.Oh and then there is the rearend and dash issue:worky:I would need to quit my job and be Nicks full time mech to have it ready for Nats!!!!!!!!!

This site has already been a big help. And i am in the process of becoming a paid member ( i want that decal). I was at two other furoms before i found this one. the dodge forum is O.K. but the other Dakota forum is a joke. This one is by far the best. Thanks again. And keep a look out for a silver lowrider, with shaved doors at the spring meet at cecil. I'll be there.

So I had realized that when I bought my 99 Blue CC R/T a year and half ago I instantly joined this site, but never posted a message on the Div 1 section.

So yeah, found my truck for a steal and after a year of driving her I heard some floating in the valves . So 6 months or so ago I pulled the motor and tranny. Did a complete rebuild of both and doing some body modifications etc etc.

I hope to have her back on the road by mid may or so

Also wanted to know if there was any R/Ts in the dutchess or orange county area of NY. I know of a couple a red one thats over in fishkill, a black one that used to be owned by this guy I know and a yellow one I've only seen once.

So wheres everyone at??

anyways hope everyone is doing good and got the trucks ready for R/T meet in PA this summer:D

Also, if the yellow one you saw had a blue stripe, might be another guy I saw on a tire thread earlier. Can't remember his name off the top of my head. Theres a silver CC in Poughkeepsie, and a red Durango R/T (what a joke!) somewhere near Millbrook

ive seen the silver one in PK i live in pleasant valley actually.. mines intense blue planning to be on the road by mid may the latest. and never seen the red durango
I may of seen your black one before tho.. i remember seeing one out near the walmart in Fishkill, looked like Paul Teals old R/T that he sold to bordon... dunno if thats yours or if that truck is still around. I know when paul had it, it was the fastest R/T in the NE

I had it at the Fishkill Wallyworld last week Thursday night. I had just come home with the truck from Maryland. It's definately not Paul's truck. This things a stocker other than the rear end. I didn't know Paul had an R/T. I've seen his SRT8 GC, the black cummins, and a couple other of his cummins creations. Can't wait to see you around though. I don't know if you go to Dover too often, but I'm about 25 minutes out from Pleasant Valley
