At 36 seconds in it shifts into 4th gear... and the last 20 seconds was 4th gear, 5,000 RPM.. my Speedo was pointed at Park on the shifter selecter.. which is about 140 MPH

The beauty part was that it had been raining on and off all day so everything was wet so nothing stuck to it.....

sunday looks to be better, weather wise, we'll have to see. I think we will pop the M1 off too, it'll make it easier to see that the lifters are truely on the base circle, or not.

N/A street tiresNow that's more like it! Hell, I only stand on the brake with these Riken Raptors if I'm at the track and only if it's pretty cold outside just to get a little heat in them. Beyond that...I just see dollar bills flying in the cloud of smoke.:D

I watched it again, and sure enough, your truck's rear pulls right also. Cool on the street, but rather not do it warming the tires up.

not to be a buzz kill on the burnout but thats not to healthy for your rear at those speeds,all the gear oil is just getting flung right off the gears, in competition drift cars they have a pump to circulate the oil right over were the gears mesh...

Only thing I could see it being worse for is your LSD. If your driving 140mph your gears are spinning just as fast....

I usually try to keep it around 5k in third when I'm destroying tires. You guys are crazy using forth gear.

Crazy yea maybe just a bit.. Fun OH HELL YEA.. And if the Trans goes out.. I have a 727 sitting ready to go in and as for the rear end its about time to go through it anyway...

That's definitely a bad idea on a stock trans. If you have a built trans with an upgraded planetary and more fourth gear apply pressure it should be ok. (I do, but I still wouldn't do it.)

Fortunately for me, I didn't take a good look at em.

I know there was a gambler that had a bet about putting in some implants. Perhaps that's "him".
