If you don't see the vid on the main screen, type 408 Mopar in search. It'll be the only one there. Dan

are you talking about oil hole backwards or upside down?Oil hole was facing the oil galley when it's supposed to face the cam. Out of 3 years of being into these trucks, I never saw the issue come up, plus I was used to flat tappets. Just didn't occur to me to pay some f'in attention to it. Doh! I probably had 7 of the lifters pumping up and losing power with rpm up top. No wonder adjusting the lash didn't make much difference in power, only single digits. I know now!

Nice! I want one lol. Thanks man. A LOT of hard work and thought went into it...except the lifter oil hole direction. :D

ME WANT!!!!......Go back and check the specs. I forgot to add LSA and ICL.
Thanks for the compliment. There's more in it.
The ratio of the rocker and the extra stem length of the valves has the stem contact sweep a little wide and by the time I would narrow it up, the contact was all the way over on the exhaust side. Had to run it with a shorter pushrod than I wanted to get it centered. I'm thinking I may go to a self aligning 1.6 or a different 1.7 to see if I can get the distance from the trunnion shorter.

Is that 8.77 time in the 1/8th with the current 408 engine in it?
