What kind of things has everyone done for weight reduction? My truck weighed 4195 last saturday with me in it. Looking to get a little lighter. Besides taking the tailgate off.
I have a weight shredder front bumper waiting to go on, thatll save around 35 lbs. I do have a roll pan and no spare.

i just climb around and look at stuff... how it's routed, or weather or not it's really necessary... and yank the shit out. i've never weighed any of it.... but i would guesstimate that every year i've got a pile of 5-20lbs worth of shit.... without touching the structure of the truck or interior cosmetics..... like cutting out brackets and things like that... all that i leave alone.
next im thinking of pulling the dash out and tossing all the HVAC stuff under there... that, along with all the padding behind the door panels/carpet... im sure i can toss another 10-20lbs in the can.

Swapped to the B&G flashed pcm and I lost my AC...it came back than I swapped again for smog. Lost it back in Sept. and it hasn't come back yet. The light just blinks :finger:
I do need it. Bakersfield and Phoenix are HOT when I go race :jester:

it's an option that needs to be set in the PCM, a stealership can do it with the DRB. I had the same issue with a recent B&G PCM.
