.035 if your running a stock ignition. .040-.045 if running a hot box
I run the 3923 @ .035 for the 100 shot
3922 @ .035 for the 150

Don't be afraid to close them up, on the dyno I've nothing but gains time and time again compared to people who try to skirt the edge and run as much gap as possible on spray. You're not loosing much at all and gaining a lot of confidence by closing them.
(I wrote an ls1 nitrous tune for a car at school, and helped dial in the shot on others. )

Right on.
Here's the analogy I have always used with regard to plug gap and nitrous. Think of the spark as a candle in the wind. A short, fat spark, will be much easier to keep lit than a tall skinny one.

.035 isn't a huge gap, you should be OK with that.

I have a 360 magnum in my 90 dakota RC and I had my plugs gapped at .040 with a 125 shot and 4 degrees of timing pulled out on a msd digital 6 box. I pulled the plugs the other day and I burned a strap off number 1. I tightened the gap to .035 and I am going to pull 6 degrees of timing as soon as the truck is finished at the body shop and I will try it again. It ran 11.501 at 114 on a 125 shot with a 1.56 60' time.
