I just ordered Falken 275/50/17 and was wondering who else runs them and how they look. Pics? Feedback? Thanks...

Thats what i run and i like them. They look good too, nice and wide. Mine are Nittos though. These are the best pics i could dig up that show the tires really.

They'll look good. Performance leaves much to be desired as they are very hard compound tires.

I've got them on my Silver R/T CC, a previous owner installed them long before I bought it, the Tires are not Bad as far as wear goes, but they are a hard compound Rubber that rides very stiff......
I plan on installing a set of 275-50-17 Nitto's over the Winter......

i loved those falkens when i had them years ago. i only run the 17's in the winter with winter tires now. i think it was about 5 years ago i ran the falkens. if i had to buy summer tires for the 17's for some reason i would get the falkens again.
people like to say the falkens suck but I've used quite a few different tires and for the price they are great. they look cool too.

A harder compound tire will last longer, but you'll get more "squeel" from standing starts, and more "errrrt, errrrt" going around corners. Softer compound will wear faster, and have less "errrt" going around corners. Should have better grip too.

You should try some BFG KDWS. You'll throw those Shittos in the garbage, or use them for a massive burnout. That's what I did. I'm actually on Kumho's that aren't up to par with the BFG's right now but it was worth a shot. They're a hell of a lot better than the Shitto's and cheaper too (I think).
I've ran the 275/50/17 Falkens before and they were one of the worst tires I ran as far as performance goes. I'll never buy them again. They had good tread life, but everything else sucked about them.
