When I picked up my 03 R/T from Indiana it only had 6k miles and was under a year old, and some of the underbody components were already forming some moderate rust/tarnish. When I installed the Hotchkis suspension, most of the bolts required a lot of extra elbow grease & blaster to set free.

Bump for a very stock R/T. Wow I remember when mine looked like that.

Just surface or actual pitted?
The factory likes to put fastners on dry so I can understand the bolts being rusty. THe body baffles me though.
My truck is less than 1 mile from the ocean and parked near a marsh. No rust on it from the salty air!

The truck was driven in Wisconsin (salty roads) during the winter months.

It does not have factory security or steering wheel radio controls.

Yes, it's still available. I've recently pulled the stereo out of it, but still have all the components.

The MTX Thunderform enclosure and snow tires/wheels are now available separately.
