Harmonic Balancer

I noticed the other day my harmonic balancer is wobbling. It was in a front end collision before I bought it and I guess they never noticed that. My question is can I get a good one from the chain auto parts stores or do I really need to get one from Dodge. My truck is mostly stock with just over 100k miles and I'm not doing anything but bolt-on's in the near future. If it was built or highly modded I'd see the advantage of a Fluidampr, etc. but.... I'd like to get something reliable but as inexpensive as possible. I've seen them from $76 to $415. What do y'all think? Thanks!
