What can I do as far as my PCM goes? I heard Mopar no longer makes theirs, what do you guys recommend? All I have done to my truck is Intake and a Flowmaster 40 series muffler.

if you want a simple flash, i'd say go w/ the Mike Leach flash, or go with SCT

B&G, I've been told, I'm looking for the same thing for my 99. Cheers :burnout:

i would throw some more parts at it then get a flash to optimize all of the bolt ons you have done. I found that my b&g flash really woke my truck up after the 1.7rr and the m1 install. Before those two mods i had a cai, 52mm tb, mopar stall converter, built trans, headers and a full catless exhaust. The b&g made the tranny shift alot better and got rid of the stumble off idle. But i'm not saying b&g is the best out there b/c there are several other options such as mike leech and sct.

Go with sct. I like it much better than the flashes I have ran and you can change up everything. Get a couple of tunes deep with b&g and you wish you would have gotten it. I probably would have spent about 2g's with him as much as I have changed my truck tune since I have had sct.

I looked up SCT and it seems to be a bit pricey. Would Superchips be any better it costs half as much?

Don't waste your money on the Superchips. They don't work as well on are trucks as they do others.I've learned the hard way not to go with cheap parts. It's better to go with fewer good parts in the long run. There are cheap parts sitting around the garage gathering dust because they were crap.

SCT is alil pricey but you will never have to worry about your truck being down while they mess with your pcm everything.. plus its all custom its just a better way to go trust me on this one

Mike leech flash is the same as tom fox. Tom fox originally made the mopar pcm's. Tom fox does them for mike leech. I'm sure someone on this website has it. It was posted over on dakota durango..com. Just talk to tom directly.
