Heater fan

My fan only works on the 3 highest settings. the low doesnt work. Is that in the fan or the control on the dash. Thanks

Probably the resistor pack that controls the fan speeds. I think it's located on the blower fan itself under the dash. Not sure how hard it is to replace, but fairly in-expensive.
