Alright guys quick questions. I just bought these lights and need some help wiring. It turns out that the connector on these lights dosent fit the stick end. So can i just cut the connector off and use a butt connector to connect it to the other yellow one? Also i assume that the two black wires are the ground that get grounded on the inside.

cut away dude... as long as you butt the right wires together you will be fine. a connector is nothing more than a convenient way to remove/replace stuff.

do yourself a favor though and leave enough of a pigtail on the connector you cut off in case you want to use it again in the future.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Do NOT cut off the stock connector. Those headlights are complete plug and play(aside from the halos) You need to use the socket for the 3157 bulbs that should have been on that connector with the yellow piece. The connector on the headlights plugs in just like a 3157 bulb would.

I have two connectors on the lights. Ones does plug in just fine. The thing is that the other connector has a different end added to it with two wire taps. Only one of the stock connectors plug into the lights. Then i assume that the other two black wires are the ground.
