Question; when I'm logging data, engine off I read from the MAP 100 Kpa , but at full throttle the highest reading is 98 Kpa, sometimes 99, does this mean my engine's airflow is being resticted by the TB or airfilter? or is 98kpa about right?

You're right that something is a restriction, the question is what and how much will it cost to improve.

Ideally you'd have to have multiple pressure taps to track down where you are getting the pressure drop.

What intake and TB are you using?

I wanted to leave that info out, for now, but I think the TB is too small?

I guess i will move the tap for the MAP to the intake and do some more measuring,

98-99kpa is really good! With 55x52 on my truck I've seen a best of 100kpa. That's around 14.4psi or 3 tenths psi under atmospheric.

It really depends on atmospheric and your sensor, what are seeing with the engine off? At school atmospheric is 98.2kpa usually, becuase PSU is in the mountains. Mine only goes up to 147kpa though....

I'm at 33ft above sea level for comparisons sake. Baytown, Texas 1/4 mile track is where I've datalogged.
