View Full Version : Need Interior Colors!!!

oK Need some help here... I want to get my interior Painted...such as Dash Panel, Centerconsole, My interior color is black sued, black sued seats rapped in leather, and i have a RED custom fiberglass box in the back. My Truck is FLAME RED, and not sure if i want to do red interior or go a diffrent route?? HELP ME OUT.. Need some help.. some ideas, and possibley PICS...THANKS

everythigns just black right now.. and i'd like to have something diffrent'.. nothgin painted black everythings just factory black, but i want somthgin diffrrent and smoother on the color but i'm not sure what goes good with red

Why not smooth it and paint it black? It would be different, but sublte. I'm not a big fan of bright colored interiors, but that's just me. IMO, the whole truck is red, don't need more red inside :)

I agree (standby for cliche`), typically less is more! Some dark gray accents may be a good way to break up a sea of black.

o no... i agree. no red. but i was thinkin maybe like silver or something inside for paint wise

i was lookin around 2 years ago and aftermarket dash bezels were expensive as shit. so i took the one off my 99 r/t work truck, i didn't care if i fucked up, and painted it silver and clear coated it. it looked awesome so i swaped it into my 2000 and ive been rockin it ever since. still looks like the day i painted it. i like the silver, but my seats are black and silver and my harnesses have silver lettering too so it matches stuff in my truck. silver goes well with red but you might have to mix a bit of red in on the knobs or something. my rule is i don't paint any interior parts that get touched or you will eventualy fuck it up and nothing looks worse than scratched up interior pieces. so the bezel is the only thing i painted.
