Carports

Does anyone use a carport for any of there cars? Im looking to buy one and not sure which to get. Not looking to spend a huge amount of money but dont want something that will collapse under an inch of snow. It has to have sides as well.

everyone uses the metal ones around here but we don't get any snow. I think they are like 600 or 700 bucks.

Will it be fully enclosed? I knew somebody who had to modify one after he put it up--to secure it from every type small animal taking in the shelter. There were squirrels, stray cats, field mice, the occasional street person, all looking to get out of the rain/ sleet/ snow/ ice.

yeah i want it fully enclosed, i dont have to worry about little critters getting in there, they all live in the soffits of my house lol

i have one for the R/T here at my apartment complex. it's just shy of worthless IMO. i might think differently if i had gotten my car cover on in time, but i didn't.
