waterpump and front cover gasket. heater bypass tube.
sounds like its going be a nasty setup. I dunno bout the 210 cam, maybe something better suited for boost.

Water pump? Truck only has 24k on it.

I am thinking a high volume oil pump.

you need a gasket for it(water pump)
Cam i dunno. I thought a 210 was more for a N/A setup, I guess it depends on the lsa. I know nothing about boost so maybe some one else can help

You are right Bryan....

You really want a cam that is a lot tighter than a thumper NA cam....

I went with a .540/.540 208/212 114lsa cam for mine, the duration numbers are quite a bit milder than some cams I have seen but I need to pass smog here in commifornia....I have limited knowledge in cams but I have been told blowers you dont want a big variation in duration/overlap....keep everything as tight as possible, it wont quite thump like an NA cam but it will sound great with the blower railing all that air through there....

In addition to the timing cover gasket and waterpump gasket that Bryan mentioned, you'll need a new front seal. You can get all three of those from the dealer, they're pretty cheap. The waterpump itself is probably ok.

I'd also get some ARP studs for the Eddys, I forget the part #, but you want the ones with the 12pt heads, not the 6pt.

Should I do a double roller timing chain too? Where do I get that and what does everyone recommend?

Part # for the ARP head studs with 12 pt. nuts... 300-8334
Part # for ARP main cap studs with 12 pt. nuts... 140-5402

Part # for Melling oil pump... M72HV

I don't see any mention of the bottom end??
What S/C you goin with? How much boost?
Forged pistons? Eagle rods? Rings? Wrist pins?

I run a Cloyes double roller billet timing set from Summit #CLO-9-3603X9 $152

Or you can get the Cloyes double roller non-billet set from Summit for about $100 #CLO-9-3103. I have one of these for sale for $80 shipped. Brand new.

Sam also sells one for cheaper (can't remember the the name or #).

Pro-Gear also makes a nice double roller timing set as well.

I used to run a Crower custom grind 206/222* duration with .508/.536 lift w/ 1.7 RR's and 114 lsa on my old S/C... It had an intake closing degree of 33*ABDC... That little fucker made 517 ft lbs of TQ and went 11.38 with the turbo. Topped out at around 5700-5800 rpm though, so it limited my MPH on the top end.... But DAMN I got outta the hole with it!!

I miss that cam:(

Thanks for the part numbers.

The Supercharger is the Paxton Novi-2000. Not doing anything with the bottom end since I am only going to run 8lbs of boost for now. If I can hit 11.X with that, then I am happy and can leave it alone. I do not want to put in a roll cage.

I know its a risk, but that is what I am willing to do for now. My other options is to just put on the top end with no cam then build the bottom end later and throw on the supercharger. So if I am only running 8lbs of boost is it that big of a concern? I have 24k miles on the clock now.
