Procharger and Belt Slippage get use to it never ending battle there.

Check out Reichard Racing they sell a grooved pulley which helps eliminate slippage.

are the heads ported??

Better flow = Less back pressure which = Lower PSI reading which in many cases = more power

Unless they have been ported or you have a cam With a good bit of overlap, they shouldn't be your problem.

It always good to keep 2-3 sizes of pulleys on hand when running a eupercharger anyways, espeially if you have a custom tune.

I'd go with a Reichard pulley, very nice pieces and help reduce slip.

Sorry I'm no help, But was curious if you drove or tuned your truck with the Procharger and if your happy with it. Also did you get the P-1SC or the
D-1SC. I have been thinking about getting one.
Thanks! Jim

Curious, Did You get the boost pressure problem resolved? If so what was the problem?
Thanks! Jim

yes to big of cam and heads but with 5 pounds of boost made power that it would make at 8 pounds of boost
