Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to find out first hand. I cancelled the heads/cam install on my 03 CC R/T because I couldn't get anyone to come help me install the parts (didn't want to attempt it myself with so much $$ invested), and APS Precision fucked me hardcore on my transmission rebuild, so I sold off all the parts & then sold both of my 03 R/T's so I could buy my Charger SRT-8. As far as I'm aware the guy who bought my heads is still working on putting his truck together...
I went with Shady Dell because a couple of other guys in the NW DRTC area had their Mopar R/T heads ported there, and both of them are running solid 11's. Ryan did a beautiful job on the heads and his customer service was excellent, if I had the cash on hand I'd have another set produced as-is.

Definitely talk to Ryan, he's the man. He did a set of Edelbrocks for me, but I never got to put 'em through the paces. Got 'em on the truck and then had other issues, then I sold 'em to help pay for the new setup. He's building my 425.

I went for the full stage III. Talk to Ryan and tell him what your plans are and he will port them to suit your needs.

Take a read of this while you are over there: http://www.enginebuildermag.com/Article/1482/drag_racing_cylinder_head_selection.aspx
It explains why flow benches and CFMs are not the saves all when it comes to ported heads.

Ryan was talking about that recently in a thread on Moparts. He had a set of W9RP's that flowed more than any other head he's seen, and made less power than regular W9's that flowed a good bit less. Definitely more to it than just flow
