Seriously why are you getting rid of a Mustang that is that fast? I hope you aren't gunning to race with the R/T. If so when you start modding the R/T you will notice how heavy, and how much its gonna cost you. Man to bad mine wasn't a RC...

Will take a look at C/C offers also. I got my 99 5.2 R/C in the 12s with a five speed and a stock long block. I just love the Dakota's and I figure I should not have too much trouble making a fun driver that will run 11s. Also the motor in the Mustang was setup to handle 250-300 shot consistantly without ever having issues. On a 250 shout should go easily high 9s. I just never went that fast due to the cage thats in it.

Thanks,

Terry

Will the motor fit under a less ridiculous hood? I'm all for fox body's with cowl hoods, but that's a bit too much for me.

The current setup should actually fit under the stock hood, you may have to get an offset drop base for the air cleaner. The reason that hood is on there is because orginally we were going to go with a blow through setup. I still have the stock hood that is the same color.
