SinCity R/T

They're dissolving the department I work in, and laying some people off. I've been told that my employment should be safe for now (I work for local government, so there's a lot of labor rules) but I have kids and am wrapping up buying a house, so I want to make sure I can build some sort of financial cushion in case I do end up on the chopping block in the next year. I hate to think about letting it go, but the R/T is just a playtoy and would be the easiest way to cut my bills/spending. I'm going to put it up for sale with special terms and see if anyone takes a bite.

Here's what you will get:
1999 Black RC R/T - 97k on chassis, about 12k on motor, 1k on transmission
408ci stroker - 9.8:1 compression
210/220 .512/.512 @ 110 cam * Mopar 2.02 R/T heads, KRC ported
3200 stall converter * Transmission rebuilt/upgraded less than 1k miles ago
M1-4bbl * F&B 55x52 TB * 1.6 rockers * Mopar valve covers
Spintech headers * Spintech dual exhaust * RT Mods port plates
Viper electric fan * 28k trans cooler added during rebuild * Optima red top
Zimmer PCM flash * 4.56 gears * Hotchkis coils/leafs/sways (not shocks)
Stillen bumper cover * Checkmate tonneau * Sniper roll pan (cracked)
20" MB Motoring wheels with 295/40-20's rear, 275/35-20's front, less than 1k miles on tires
New interior carpet * Kenwood CD/MP3 player * 4x Kenwood 6.5" speakers
Note: The M1-4bbl, valve covers, all the misc brackets, etc. have been powder coated black/silver vein textured coating. The headers have black jet hot ceramic coating.

This truck just ran 11.7 in Las Vegas (which has a brutal density altitude) with a 150 shot - could run 11.4-11.5 as-is with N2O with more seat time. This truck is extremely street friendly.

Here is what is NOT included. Vultures can keep their comments/dibs to themselves, at the moment I have no plans to sell these parts unless the truck has been sold.
SRT-10 hood (back to stock) * Viper seats (back to stock)
Nitrous system/plate/accessories * Cervini's Spoiler * BedRug
None of my drag wheels/tires - just the 20's
None of my billet goodies * None of my extra gauges/dashes/consoles

Here's the catch - at the moment the truck is not running 100%. I was driving home from the track when it started stumbling. I have checked/replaced the plugs & checked the wiring and everything looks fine, but it still isn't running right. The truck starts and is driveable, but is stumbling like there's a moderate miss. I do not have any experience with diagnosing or adjusting valvetrain components. Therefore I'm asking $7500/obo. For all I know it just needs to have the rockers adjusted/re-lashed, but it could be worse - I'm giving no guarantees or warrantees. Rather than sink a bunch of money into something I'm not familiar with, I'm attempting to offer it "as-is" at a sizeable discount and see if anyone is interested just to get it done and over with.

If you're seriously interested, drop me a PM with your phone number and we can discuss things further.
