Powdercoated Black or Black Chrome?

Just gave the guy who's going to be sandblasting and powdercoating my billet inserts for my main and bumper grilles on the Dak. So my original plan was to do just standard black, but he said that there going alot of black chrome, if I want it... Well I told him just regular black powder coat, but not I'm debating if I should have him do black chrome instead...

The black chrome powder's vary in appearence depending on brand. Some look killer, others are "eh" Can you take a look at the result of something else done by that guy?

Do you know of a place that sells the good powder coat? I'm using that Harbor Freight shit in semi gloss black. It's just barely OK.

And so as not to be a total threadjacker, I'd try the black chrome. :biggthumpup:

Eastwood's forums have some knowledgable people, and they do talk about other company's powder. I have only used eastwood's powder, it is my understanding that it's better than harbor freight.
