Not sure if it was anyone here, but it was NICE

Cervini's Hood

Black CC with Durango R/T Emblems...

saw it around the Texas Motor Speedway today?

Anyone know? Looks like a teenager was driving it.. pretty young he looked like. I was trying to look at him, and point to my sticker on my truck about the club and shit.. but he didnt make any type of eye contact with me.. i guess he thought i wanted to race him..

but it was raining and there is no way im touching the throttle on these slick ass roads..

I'm not from Dallas, but I can add lately I have run into a bunch of young guys running R/T's around. They all have turned out to be snub nosed snots. I tried to get a 03 Black CC r/t owners attention in traffic last Friday. He had his window down, I am sitting by him going hey man nice truck. All he could do was go yeah, than tried to tell him about our site and he just laughed. I donno if he was trying to prove something, when we got out of the traffic he tried to do a ricer fly by. Guess he just doesn't like guys in IB CC R/T's that are modded, and have a blower whine lol. Dan

I know i'm considered one of the younger people on this board but i know what you mean as far as people being all stuck up. Most of the ones i have run into wanna race me and they are usually fairly stock. Then they get all pissy when i won't. I think i have run into one guy with a red r/t in my area, he is a little older but he gave me a thumbs up and kept rolling.

Everytime i see a Dakota R/T, or Nice Sport Dak, i tell them about dakota R/T Club, and DFW Dakotas...

i useally have a peice of paper or somthing and right the addresses down. I just walk up if they are packed and say nice truck, if you want to chill somtimes with other nice trucks, go here and log in and start chatting or somthing along those lines, and MOST of the time, the people just look at me like im a fucking IDIOT.. and say ya ya ok.. and drive off.

Very few say ok cool, but then never go to the site..

but w/e...

We run into the same thing here in Atlanta. We leave MAD R/T club cards on their trucks, and normally you will come out of the store and they will be on the ground. Pricks.

OK, so we'll overlook the fact that you were born a yankee, as long as you found your way to Texas as fast as you could, lol.

Lets do that go-to-meeting and fix this damn router (if you don't mind).

IT SURE WOULD BE NICE TO GET ALMOST EVERY DAKOTA R/T OWNER ON 1 SITE. BUT I DON'T THINK IT WILL EVER HAPPEN. THERE ARE A BUNCH OVER AT DURANGO-DAKOTA.COM. (Sorry about the caps) but i went over there because they were talking and this place wasn't. why is it that there can't be just 1 main website that ALL the owners go to? and the others sites can be the mistress?:jester:

We tried that, and almost bastardized the club even more. :jester: People want options. There are already more that signed up here than anyone would have thought. Even owners who haven't been heard from since the early days of the club (club founders even) have come in and signed up to use the forum. It's doing alot better than the first one we started. It would be nice to get everyone in one spot, but we'll take it anyway, as long as everyone is happy. Now we just need all the R/T owners to support the club, and join up!

Not really. Most people, (me included) don't mind how many websites there are for Dakotas, Durangos and Dakota R/T's. The more the merrier! Besides, the people that actually own the other websites don't want to close them down and who can blame them?
