View Full Version : 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T 5.9L Custom show truck!

For sale is my beloved 1999 dodge dakota r/t, with 90k miles. Has a full body kit and is lowered, original engine, its a very powerful truck. It has an amazing paint job, candy apple red and when the sun hits it it has a goldish tint frome the gold flakes in the paint, it catches alot of attention. Windows are tinted, and the bed has a retractable bed cover. The inside is just as good as the outside and customized to match the outside color, the dash is a candy apple red with a built in tv screen with nav that retracts with just the push of a button. Seats are black as well as the flooring, sound system( subs and amps) are hidden under the back seats, and back flooring so you can still have people in the back. It also has an alarm with a remote starter. Its a great truck and is a real head turner, i always get really good comments on it. It is currently in hawaii but i can get it on the mainland for free, im asking 13k but will nagotiate. she is my pride and joy but i gotta let her go cause im in the military and need something that can handle the hills here in san fran, so make me an offer or if you have any questions you can email me, my name is kassie at k.cada@hotmail.com. thanks!! :update:So i went to the island to go sell my truck and took one look at it and decided to keep it, i just couldnt let her go...lol. But anyways she is on her way to san francosco as we speak (you wouldnt believe all the shit i had to do to the truck just to put her on a boat) and i cant wait to show her off here. But while i was there i ripped off the back window covers and dodge back light covers. i have been waiting to do that for awhile. Thanks for all of your comments and will update pics when she gets here. thanks :drive:

Good call keeping the truck (and taking the window covers off)
That truck will be fine in San Fran, and will be better on the hills, especially getting up them than a lot of cars. Which branch of the military you in?

Im in the coast guard, I am an AET for the MH-65 helicopters in san fran.
Sweet, spent my last sea duty in San Diego working on H-60s. Recruiting in Nebraska now.

Wasup bro? In teh coat guard, ever do any time over seas? I'm stuck in Manama, Bahrain right now. Should be joinin you in San Diego soon enough. I think we should all try to hook up some time, all the service dudes, once I get over there. How far is san fran from San Diego?

Yeah i did a little time on the sea on the USCG WHEC Jarvis in hawaii. Im glad im off that thing tho, im in aviation now, i am an aviation electricain tech for the MH-65. We just fly around here and rescue people that need it and bust drug trafficers. San Fran is about 10 hours from San Deigo. What branch are you?
P.S. Just so everyone knows here.....im a girl lol:hail:....not a bro....and yes it is my truck!

I'll say this. I'm an Engineman. I work on the AC's, make potable water, work on the cranes on my ship, the mine sweeping winches, as well as the small boat engineer. I love it. However, with rank comes work. I'm the work center soup for the oil lab. Engineering as a whole... I'm a well paid janitor... lol
Honestly, I wouldn't trade it for the world. I see new countrys, met some amazing freinds, do some fun ass jobs, and above all, serve my country:flag-navy:

My mom has been really sick, she was in the hospital for 5 weeks, things are still not back to normal. I saw you called but was pretty pre-occupied with shit on my mind. sorry. Things are getting better but been running the shop on my own since Jan 14th.
