I got 99 dakota r/t cc, and this whole winter ive had shitty heat. Before the winter i had to put in a water pump, after that the truck had somewhat of heat. Now she just got a coolant temp sensor and now i get better heat then before. On the temp gauge in the truck it wont even go past 130 degree's, and if you feel the motor the motor is cold and the raditator is cool to. She also go a new thermosat. I dont know what to do?

Try back-flushing the heater core.
