I just picked up a set of M&H racemasters 275/50R17 mounted on stock R/T wheels.
My question is what air pressure is recommended for the dragstrip and for the street? I was thinking about 18 or so at the track & maybe 25 on the street, what you think?

i raced & drove at full air psi when i had mine. ~32psi. 25psi all around should be good.

Thanks for the reply, I looked at your link, what hood is on the R/T now? and where did you get the hood with the old super stock scoop? I really like it.

Yup, I drive mine on the street and at the track with 25psi. You can try lower and see if your truck likes it, but 25psi works best for me.

I'm taking that exact setup to the 1/8 mile this saturday. I have run them before and it seems like they were pretty close to the track pressure you listed.

Thanks for the feedback, the truck they came off ran a 2.0 60' time on the local 1/8 mile, I hope to do a 1.90 maybe leading to about 9.2 et. (Still slow) but getting faster.
