i thought of you when i read that after our convo.
chrysler is in a heap of trouble if they can't start producing more cars people want. losing the viper is the least of their worries.

Yeah, that sucks. I think the Challenger is gonna sell really well, but not having a halo car is gonna blow. Plus I just love the Viper :)

They should replace the Viper with something based off the Challenger platform. Make it lightweight, like around 3000lbs, drop a 500+hp 6.4 in it, or even a blown or turbo'd 600+hp version, and have something that can be built alongside the regular Challenger, and probably be able to sell it for a lot less than the Viper sells for. :biggthumpup:

I saw a flawless Venom today. Not sure what power level but it was an SRT-10 Coupe, blue with white stripes. Hennessey on the left rear and a big wing. Awesome.
