new deck, no sound

I am installing an eclipse deck in my 99 CC and I got the wire harnesses and connected them together but there is only sound coming out of my sub but not any speakers. has this happened to anyone else? do i need to run new wires to the speakers? or whats going on?

Did your truck come with the infinity sound system?

If so, you need to connect the "turn on" wire from the amp to your deck. It is usually blue on the deck but I am not sure what color from the factory amp.
