I just got back from my vacation in NY and it's always the same story haha. I grew up in a small redneck town where it seems people dont get out much. I try not to run on the street but i just had to that night.
So Im on my way back to my parents house after visiting some friends and I cruise by the local hangout which is usually young kids. So I put it in 1st and just drive passed at about 2500 rpm's :jester: I got a bunch of thumbs up so I gave it back with a lil blip of the throttle and went on my way.
I almost get to the house and this LX 5.0 comes flyin up on my ass revvin the shit out of it. I knew he was one of the little bastards that was hangin out. Well he flashed me and then put his blinker on tryin to get me to this long straight shot so I said screw it lets see what happens.
I turned down the road and dropped it in first and he didnt waste any time by gettin over in the other lane. I expected him to come along side and then go but the dude just nails it haha WTF? He got about a car length jump on me. I shifted into second and he put his blinker on as if he won and was pullin on me...SUPRISE!!!! he turned it off and got back in his lane as I pulled back up to his bumper . Shifted into 3rd and pulled up right next to him by 100. Then I let off and he kept goin.
So we stopped and talked and he was like What the Fuck is in that thing!!!! HAHAHAHAHA He was cool about it though. He had headers, exhaust , CAI, and a few other small thiings but still had the stock gears which was killin him. Not a jaw dropping kill, but funny more than anything.
I love it how people have no clue and then get smoked!:biggthumpup:
