what would be better square or std. port headers?

Theres a choice?? The best header would be one thats larger than the cylinder head exhaust port!

I'm not aware of any square port headers for our trucks.

i owe it to my dad hes got a 01 quad cab with a 4.7 and ive always like the r/t's , so i started looking them up and found the one i have
