how do you change it?

go to user cp
then to edit profile on the left side
scroll down to optional info and right under that title is custom user title

Will anyone be able to change it? Or just us moderators? On my local board the admin changes it to 11-sec member, 12-sec member etc. depending on the best time slip you've posted. Pretty cool imo

All registered users can change their own title.
