Just wanted to let everyone know that we have a rep position open for Division 3 and we need to get some nominations so that division 3 members can vote for who you want as your new rep. So if you know of anyone who might be interested, or who you think would make a good rep, please post up your nomination. We will take nominations till Sunday and then a poll will be posted for you to vote. Thanks!

Technically you're not supposed to nominate yourself, but I guess we can let that slide :)
Reps have several duties, you help out with your division, organizing local meets and stuff like that. You help out at the National Meets (registration, setting up/helping with the autox, etc, etc.). Have to attend the meetings, currently we have them on Tuesdays at 9pm Central time, on AIM. Typically the meetings are once a month, but recently we've been having them every week or every other week, since we've been pretty busy with the new site/forum and getting stuff worked out for the Nats. Also when it gets closer to the Nats we usually have meetings more frequently.
Oh, and you have to change the President's tires at the track :jester:

Btw, love the line in your sig, and it's so true. It's cool to see it from the outside tho, like when the guy was driving it around the parking lot after doing my alignment. :)

The way the process is supposed to work is that someone nominates you, you accept the nomination and then it's voted on. But I think we can just put people on the poll who want the position, same thing as accepting a nomination :)
