Anyone want to help out with an M1 install for the AF Dakota? Then maybe go run in on Wednesday at Cecil. I have to change my radiator hose anyway so I am going to do it all at the same time. Might also have some Western Chassis springs to put in. I need to get a set of 2" block for the rear though. Or maybe some belltech leafs.

I'm off. I have a set of Hotchkis springs that need to come off the front of mine and pull the sway. If you have room for me in the driveway I might come up.

Call me one night this week or this weekend. My computer at home is dead right now.

How far are you from Sean? I'm free and I'll be in NOVA. AF R/C party.
Sean which hotchkis springs are you taking off and why? I've always wanted the CC springs, maybe trimmed a little bit to keep the stance low...that wouldn't happen to be what you're taking out is it?

I am exit 89 off of 95. Only about a half hour from him.

Yep. Exactly what I have. They are too low for street driving for my likes. If I cut the Hotchkis stops some more, they would probably be alright.

Heck I can pull out the grill and tap the kegarator if everyone wants too, haha

I'll definitely think about it, sounds like fun. I'll be in town starting tomorrow until Wednesday. I've been wanting to change my oil and detail the truck...so that'd give me something to do too. I've also got side skirts and a roll pan to install.

I'm leaning towards staying in VA at this point.

Yeah, if he's gonna mess with heads that's a project for another weekend.

He's pulling the heads too? I didn't know all that. I was actually kicking around the idea of installing mine this weekend. Unfortunately when I thought about that I immediately called Curtis just to hear "call back Tuesday or Wednesday" lol.

D'oh.
See the other thread. He broke a bolt off in the stock heads.

Oh. Well tell me about those springs you have(regardless of when you plan on taking them out). Will they be for sale afterward, and if so roughly what are they worth to you? Do you have any pictures of how low your front end sits currently?

Yup, I already pulled one head and will be pulling the other one soon. Not really sure when though. Maybe tonight. Or tomorrow. Don't need this thing on the road to soon anyway. I don't even have another set of heads to throw on there anyway. So I am just going to help him out with his truck. Welcome to come and hang out.
