Ive been running a 75 shot for a lil while now without pulling any timing... I just put a mopar PCM on my truck this weekend... Now will i have to pull any timing due to the upgraded PCM?

I ran a 150 shot on a Mopar PCM without any timing pulled. Run good gas, change the plugs to one step colder and you should be fine.

Some will not pull any timing on a 100-150 shot. I usually pull about 1 - 1.5degrees of timing. I also run 92 octane gas and run one step colder plugs. I guess I like to play it a little safe.

all i run is 93 gas and i also have to autolight 9323? or what ever is the step colder. So i sould be lright without pulling anytime with the mopar pcm and 75 shot?

Yeah, a 75 shot is pretty mild. But you got everything right, 91-93 octane, 3923 plugs, and sticky tires!

Alan Short runs a 150 on his 408 with 87 octane. No timing pulled! And went 11.6s!

Not saying it's safe, though. It's better to be careful, but isn't necessarily needed.

Hey just remember there's always a chance of something bad happening. Just look at me as an example and dont blow up any more air hats, you got my last one:doh:

Ive ran Mopar PCM with a Jet chip(waste of $) and both a 75-100 shot for 2yrs and I always run 93 with a 2-3 gal of race gas to be safe.I also use the 3923s and check/change them regularly.:drive:
