End of Summer Cruise

Ocean City MD is having their end of summer/fall cruise in about 2 weeks (Oct. 9-12, Thursday-Sunday) They had one at the beggining of the summer and it was HUGE!!! Its all american muscle, no ricers or tuners. Theres cars all over the city and cruisn' the strip. Theres mini shows in parking lots all over as well. Big big event, they have 2 a year. Anyone heard of it? Ive seen a few R/T's at this in the past. Anyone wanna come check it out, ill be down every night. Id like to roll with some R/T's. Let me know :biggthumpup:

I used to go to that every year, but the cops are out in such force that if you sneeze the wrong direction the will give you a ticket. The last time I went down I came back with 3 repair orders & 2 tickets over a 2 day stretch.

And as far as the cops go someone a few blocks up someone a few blocks back and "radios" ones in the middle play, you play to much or get stupid and you get a ticket. Thursday night is the best they let more go. Anyway I would love to see some R/Ts there and ride together. So who is up for it?

I live in millsboro about 20 miles inland. There is a big vette show this weekend in oc I was in town last night no cops at all. But most of the guys are really old and afraid to go. A friend is down in a pro-charged 04 vette we are going to ride alittle tonight . But like I said I will be down nexst week thurs,fri,sat. I have a blk rc 00 with a sts 76 mil turbo hard to miss loud as hell straight out the turbo no mufflers. Just looked at your profile damn you live like 10 mins from me. Go down tonight and ride with us it would be nice to have an R/T along side

My truck should be finished ill probally make the trip from salisbury this time around not that long of a trip now that its not summer. Been going the past couple of years but never in my truck always in my friend 400+ hp srt4....but ummm yea its not gonna make it this year (coolant lines blowing off the turbo when wife is driving = bad)

Jims truck (turboed r/t) is nasty as hell!!!!!!! and to think it was so close to me! i watched him rape a Mercedes E55 AMG tonight. The dude bout near shit his pants when he saw a little pick em' up truck pulling from him. That cars like what....$100k??? I would be pissed if i wasted my money on something like that. :jester: Then just to top off the night, a dude in a GT mustang with exhaust thought he was hot shit and tried to run him. Couldnt get him from a light and thought it would be smart to go from a roll against a turbo..........badass truck man. I love it, R/T's cruisn around, doesnt get any better! I better see some of you all down here next weekend!

Cry doesnt look like the dakota will be done for the weekend :ownd: the paint coverage was alot less then we anticipated (really thin covering paint) and although the paints coming directly from dupont in delaware it wont be here in time for the truck to be finished for the weekend. Still have the mirrors tailgate rollpan gascap and doorhandles to do sadly :(

With my friends Srt-4 broken from lifting the head when his coolant line blew off his turbo. Might make it with his Rumble Bee?

Was a good time this weekend, except I caught a cold on Friday and carried it through the rest of the weekend. :(

I have a 76mil sts turbo system 83ar housing so I dont have to much lag. The thing ran like a raped ape this weekend, it made 503 wrhp on my old motor . Cris at PIE made some changes in the motor and it feels even stronger than before! I was running 10lbs and took out a cobra some GTs and a pro-charged vette. The best was having my ass handed to me by a beat up regal. That bitch was bad pulled his wheels for like 60' from a light. Anyway had a great time!
