I just wanted to post a little Thank You to Hemifever!

His customer service is excellent! Every message I sent he responded to in the blink of an eye! Several of these messages were after what I would consider AFTER "Normal Business Hours"! LOL He answered all of my dumb questions and helped this RT Noob as much as he could!
I have not been able to use the tune he sent me yet because the engine isn't finished being installed yet...but if his program is half as good as his customer service is....I'll be thrilled!
THANK YOU!!!!

I have a hemi fever tune and am very pleased. Was a completely different truck afterwards.

I had it for years, got tired of my eyes burning! Much happier with Ryan! To each their own though!

I guess I may have pulled a "TMZ" move without thinking about it! I put a semi misleading thread title to gain viewers! LOL
I've been in the customer service industry in one form or another for 25+ years. I think it's important that people spread the GOOD word about a business that has that kind of customer service. They say someone will tell maybe 1 or 2 people about a positive experience with a company or product...but they will tell 10+ about a negative experience!
I'm just doing my part to spread some positive! :D

give ryan a call and see what you think of his "customer service"

I've never dealt with Ryan, so, this post is certainly not a slight on him in any way. I went with Hemifever based on the fact that he did the original tune for the engine that I bought from a member on here. It was just easier. I'm VERY happy with the customer service that I have received from Hemifever. I'm sure all the tuners on here have their fans and detractors.

Don't listen to them bashing. I have nothing but good things to say for hemifever.

Not saying one is better than the other.

Sean has always been good to me with customer service and adjusting my tunes. His initial tunes are always "safe" on fuel meaning slightly rich. He will adjust them accordingly after initial start and you get him some a/f ratios to adjust with.

He tuned your LS?

No. I have a Magnum also. I can tune my own LS.

Edit. LS is not limited by outdated software with only about 3 people left who can tune them. Or Megasquirt/radioshack.

Edit 2. No. Wait. My LS makes about 400 HP without tuning.

And it ran a 14.3? Something like that?

Radioshack in the house. Your LS buddies upgrade to it when they get serious. :lol2:

WOW! Who would ever have thought that publicly expressing thanks for excellent customer service would have turned into this type of thread! LOL
